A frantic Vikram searches for his bank passbook. Chaturi tells him that she had put it in Mohit's room. Sandhya reads out Ramayan to Santosh. Vikram sees Mohit's laptop and tattles to Santosh. Mohit tells Sooraj that Sandhya had given him the money to buy the laptop. Santosh slaps Mohit for taking money from Sandhya. He lies to Santosh that Sandhya had used the laptop instead of him.
